We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our Smile Makers TEAM! We’re looking for a highly skilled and caring Dental Assistant who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping patients feel at ease, and thrives in a team that values growth, laughter, and excellence. **What You’ll Be Doing** You’ll play a vital role in our patients’ experience and in the heart of our clinical team by: Assisting chairside during a wide variety of procedures including: * **Root Canal Treatments** * **Implant placements and restorations** * **Oral Surgery and Oral Sedation cases** * **Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry** (crowns, veneers, bridges, fillings, etc.) * Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring impeccable sterilization and infection control. * Taking and processing **digital X-rays and intraoral scans**. * Anticipating the dentist’s needs and helping create a smooth, efficient workflow. * Comforting patients and making every visit a positive experience. * Assisting with lab coordination and inventory organization. Who We’re Looking For: * An experienced Dental Assistant (2+ years preferred), who is confident, reliable, and genuinely cares about patients. * Someone who is proficient in surgical and restorative procedures, and familiar with digital dentistry tools. * CDA or EDDA certification preferred. * A team player who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys a clean, organized workspace. * Excellent communicator with a warm, friendly attitude.
