PART TIME DENTAL HYGIENIST NEW DENTAL PRACTICE! ! (3days/week) alternating between Friday/Saturday MODERN WOMEN'S OWNED DENTAL PRACTICE FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our new dental practice. In this role, you will be responsible for providing preventative oral care, supporting patient education, and working in collaboration with our dentist to ensure comprehensive dental services. If you're passionate about hygiene and delivering excellent patient care, and being a team player we’d love to meet you! Hourly, and commissioned based pay. Dental Hygienist Responsibilities and Duties Perform thorough dental cleanings, including removing plaque, tartar, and stains Conduct oral health assessments and report findings to the dentist Take dental X-rays Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and nutrition Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed Document treatment plans and patient histories in electronic records Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized work environment Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols Monitor and maintain dental equipment and instruments Dental Hygienist Qualifications and Skills Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and hygiene techniques Familiarity with dental software and EHR systems Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting Compassionate and patient-centered approach Education and Experience Requirements Associate degree in Dental Hygiene (Bachelor’s preferred) Active state license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Current CPR and BLS certification 1–2 years of dental experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
