Job Posting: Dental Assistant Join our growing practice, Smile Makers of Georgia, where we provide exceptional general dentistry services in a supportive and friendly environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Dental Assistant to enhance our team on a full-time basis. As a vital member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care, assisting the dentist during procedures, and ensuring a seamless workflow in the office. The ideal candidate will possess skills in air polishing, coronal polishing, infection control, and digital X-ray usage, among others. Knowledge of dental terminology and experience in patient charting and treatment planning are essential. To thrive in this role, you should have a strong customer service mindset, be CPR certified, and demonstrate proficiency in both instrument sterilization and patient education. While past experience as a lead Dental Assistant is a plus, it is not a requirement. Our practice benefits, includes monthly bonus based of collections, paid time off and discounted dental treatment for immediate family members. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. Compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience, and is also negotiable. Please note that the practice is open only four days a week. Mon, Tue, Thu and Friday.
