Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) – Part-Time Practice Name: JBH Smiles Location: Marietta, GA Position Type: Full/Part-Time JBH Smiles is a patient-focused, modern dental practice seeking a reliable and motivated Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) to join our clinical team. We are looking for someone who is a true team player, consistently on time, and takes pride in delivering high-quality patient care. Schedule Monday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday: 1–2 Fridays per month, 8:00 or 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Responsibilities Assist dentist during restorative and general dental procedures Perform expanded duties in compliance with state regulations Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans Place restorations and perform EDDA-approved functions Prepare and break down treatment rooms efficiently Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Enter accurate clinical notes and documentation Support a smooth, on-time daily schedule Deliver a positive, welcoming experience for every patient Requirements Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) certification required Active radiology certification Dental assisting experience preferred Dependable, punctual, and organized Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset Professional, positive attitude Why Join JBH Smiles?
