Dental Assistant – Ivry Dental (Alpharetta, GA) Start Date: ASAP; 4 days/week About Us Ivry Dental is a brand-new family and cosmetic dental practice opening in Alpharetta, GA (30005). We are creating a warm, modern, patient-centered space where kindness and quality guide everything we do. We’re looking for a skilled, compassionate Dental Assistant who is excited to help us launch, grow, and build something truly special from the ground up. The Role We’re seeking a Dental Assistant who is clinically strong, detail-oriented, and genuinely caring. Someone who enjoys working in an organized, calm environment and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping our systems, workflows, and patient experience. I appreciate a self motivator, self starter and problem solver. This position is perfect for a DA who loves dentistry, takes pride in beautiful clinical work, and thrives in a supportive practice. Responsibilities Assist the doctor chairside with all clinical procedures, ensuring efficiency, comfort, and a seamless patient experience. Set up and break down operatories following Ivry sterilization standards and OSHA guidelines. Take digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and scans (Trios experience a plus). Maintain clinical inventory and ensure rooms are fully stocked and prepared. Support lab workflows: impressions, scans, case tracking, and quality control. Build and maintain sterilization and infection-control systems with consistency and excellence. Communicate with patients in a warm, reassuring, and professional manner. Work collaboratively with front office and clinical team members to keep the day flowing smoothly. Contribute to a calm, polished, and positive environment aligned with Ivry Dental’s standards. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant (EFDA a plus). Proficient in chairside assisting, radiographs, and basic lab tasks. Strong understanding of infection control, sterilization, and clinical readiness. Comfortable with technology: digital X-rays, scanners, charting, and Microsoft Office (Open Dental a plus) Professional, polished appearance and communication style. Kind, reliable, detail-oriented, and patient-centered. Someone who wants to grow with the practice long-term—and be part of building something beautiful.
