Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Alpharetta & Cumming, GA | Part-Time & Full-Time ConfiDENT is a growing, patient-focused, high-tech dental practice seeking a skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our fun, fast-paced team. Must have an 'A team' mentality, comprehensive patient care is at the core of who we are at ConfiDENT. We offer a supportive culture, modern technology and flexible scheduling at our Alpharetta and Cumming locations. We perform LANAP (laser perio treatment), same day crowns, dental implants, ortho, wisdom teeth, full mouth reconstruction etc. Patients love our practice, because it is a one stop shop and our team is amazingly talented. Responsibilities: Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, SRPs, and polishing Take dental x-rays (BW, PA, pano) and intraoral photos Assess oral health and collaborate with doctors on treatment plans Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Administer local anesthesia and nitrous (if licensed in GA) Chart accurately in Denticon (notes, perio charting, treatment planning) Follow infection control and sterilization protocols (traditionally working with a hygiene assistant) Deliver an excellent, comfortable patient experience Qualifications: Active Georgia RDH license in good standing Experience with dental software (Denticon is what our office uses) Strong clinical and periodontal knowledge Excellent communication and patient care skills Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused Why ConfiDENT: Supportive, upbeat team culture Modern, high-tech practice Flexible schedules (part-time & full-time) Opportunity to grow in a progressive practice Apply today and come grow with a team that’s serious about great dentistry—and great people.
