We value professionalism, teamwork, leadership, and continuous growth. 📅 Work Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM 💼 Position Overview The Lead Dental Assistant plays a vital role in both clinical excellence and team leadership. This position requires strong chairside skills, organizational ability, and the confidence to guide and support other assistants while ensuring efficient daily operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties: Assist the doctor during a wide range of dental procedures Take high-quality digital X-rays Prepare and sterilize instruments in accordance with OSHA and infection control standards Set up and break down operatories efficiently Fabricate temporary crowns and assist with impressions Ensure accurate and thorough clinical charting Provide post-operative instructions and patient education Maintain proper inventory of clinical supplies Leadership & Supervisory Duties: Lead and support the dental assisting team Help train and onboard new assistants Ensure consistent clinical protocols and standards are followed Monitor schedule flow and assist in optimizing clinical efficiency Communicate effectively between doctor, front office, and clinical staff Assist with ordering supplies and managing inventory control Identify areas for workflow improvement and help implement solutions ✅ Qualifications Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience preferred X-ray certification (as required by state regulations) Strong knowledge of dental procedures and clinical workflow Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and motivate a team Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude 🌟 Growth Opportunity This leadership position offers continued opportunity for professional advancement.
