Oral Surgery Assistant – Full Time Location: Marietta (Kennestone Area) Atlanta Oral & Facial Surgery is seeking an experienced, dependable Oral Surgery Assistant to join our high-performing team in the Kennestone area. This is a fast-paced surgical environment where teamwork, efficiency, and patient care come first. What You’ll Do: Assist surgeons during oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories Monitor patients pre-op and post-op Take radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols Support smooth daily flow of patients and procedures What We’re Looking For: Oral surgery or dental assisting experience required X-ray certification required IV sedation experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate provider needs Reliable, professional, and comfortable in a high-volume setting Team player with a positive, no-drama attitude What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Full-time schedule with no nights or weekends Benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) Opportunity to grow within a leading oral surgery organization If you are someone who takes pride in your work, thrives in a surgical setting, and wants to be part of a strong team, we want to hear from you.
