Dentistry for Midtown is a well-established and highly regarded dental practice located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. We are seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to provide exceptional care to our loyal and growing patient base. We offer a highly desirable Monday–Thursday schedule in a modern, patient-focused environment. Our ideal candidate is a compassionate, team-oriented hygienist who is passionate about patient education, preventive care, and creating an outstanding patient experience. We are looking for someone who values relationship-based dentistry and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced practice. This is a full-time position working 4 days per week with a consistent schedule and the opportunity to grow long-term within our practice. Responsibilities Provide thorough dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance Perform periodontal charting and oral health assessments Take digital radiographs and intraoral images Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care techniques Assist in diagnosing and identifying treatment needs alongside the doctor Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Ensure patient comfort throughout appointments Follow OSHA and infection control protocols Prepare and sterilize instruments according to regulations Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked operatory Support a positive and collaborative team environment Skills & Qualifications Current Dental Hygienist license in Georgia CPR certification Proven clinical experience as a Dental Hygienist preferred Knowledge of periodontal therapy and preventive dentistry Experience with digital radiography and iTero scanning preferred Experience with Dentrix Systems preferred Excellent communication and patient education skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive compensation Full-time stable schedule Supportive and collaborative team culture Modern technology and equipment Opportunity for long-term growth and development Established patient base in a highly desirable Midtown Atlanta location
