Your attention to detail and warm presence make every appointment better for both the team and the patient. • Enables Hygienists to focus entirely on patient treatment and education • Elevates patient comfort and the overall hygiene experience • Ensures operational efficiency and cleanliness in the hygiene department • Contributes to a high-functioning, collaborative clinical team Why You’ll Love It Here • Competitive pay + performance bonuses: Top hourly rates with bonus incentives tied to your results • Full-time schedule: Tues-Fri 7:00 am - 4:00 pm • Full benefits package: Health, vision, and supplemental insurance offerings • PTO & paid holidays: Time to recharge and take care of yourself • 401k with company match: We invest in your future, not just your present • Stunning facility & culture: A supportive, growth-focused team in a beautiful Brookhaven practice • The best team in Atlanta: People who celebrate each other and show up for their patients every day What You’ll Do • Prepare, stock, and maintain hygiene rooms before patient arrival and throughout the day • Ensure all instruments, materials, and PPE are sterilized and ready to go • Assist the hygienist chairside, including suctioning, passing instruments, and providing patient comfort • Escort patients to hygiene rooms and create a warm, welcoming first impression • Take quality photos, x-rays, CBCTs, and iTero scans • Assist with perio charting, note entry, and treatment plan creation • Present hygiene and restorative treatment plans to patients and schedule appropriately • Manage hygiene supply inventory and communicate needs proactively • Document notes and support scheduling in Carestack • Reach out to overdue patients to keep the hygiene schedule full • Follow strict OSHA and HIPAA protocols at all times • Collect patient payments at the time of service and support basic insurance coordination • Participate in daily morning huddles and communicate clearly with the clinical and admin teams Who Thrives in This Role • Someone who takes pride in being the support system others can count on • A detail-oriented multitasker who finds satisfaction in a well-prepared, organized space • A warm, friendly team player with a calm and professional demeanor • A proactive thinker who anticipates needs before they arise • Someone aligned with our purpose to deliver dentistry differently, with heart and excellence Preferred Qualifications • Dental Assistant experience or certification preferred (not required) • CPR certification (required or willing to obtain) • Familiarity with dental instruments and infection control protocols • Experience with Carestack or similar practice management software is a plus • Radiograph certification is a bonus • Willingness to learn and grow within a high-performance team environment Ready to Join the Team Behind the Team?
