**Front Office / New Patient Coordinator** At Smile Makers of Georgia, we believe every patient experience begins long before they walk through our doors. We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and personable Front Desk Offcie / New Patient Coordinator who will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in helping our practice grow. **Position Overview** As the first voice our patients hear, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, building rapport with prospective patients, understanding their needs, and converting phone inquiries into scheduled appointments. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates with confidence and empathy, and can create a positive first impression that reflects our commitment to exceptional patient care.
