Join Our Team! Experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator / Front Office Auditor At Cumming Dental Associates, we believe great dentistry starts with a great team. Every member of our office plays an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our patients, and we're looking for an experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator / Front Office Auditor who shares our commitment to teamwork, integrity, and excellence. Schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No evenings or weekends As a key member of our administrative team, you will: Audit patient accounts to ensure insurance claims, payments, and billing are accurate. Review aging reports and help resolve outstanding insurance balances. Verify insurance benefits and maximize claim reimbursement. Assist with claim follow-up, appeals, and account corrections. Work closely with our doctors, clinical team, treatment coordinators, and front office to ensure patients receive accurate financial information. Help improve systems and workflows that support both our team and our patients. Contribute to a positive, solution-focused office culture. We're seeking someone who: Has at least 3 years of dental front office experience. Has a strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, and claim processing. Has experience reviewing patient accounts and identifying insurance discrepancies. Is highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Communicates professionally and enjoys working as part of a team. Is proactive, takes initiative, and enjoys solving problems. Has experience with Dentrix (preferred).
