BANNINGTON DENTAL Operations Manager - Dental Practice - Charlotte, NC Bannington Dental is a long-established, well-respected private practice in south Charlotte. After years of steady growth, we are ready to bring on a dedicated operations leader to take ownership of how the practice runs, modernize the systems and processes behind it, and lead the culture into its next chapter. This is a senior leadership role with real authority and a clear mandate, not an administrative or front-office position. We are looking for an experienced operations leader who can step in, assess what is working and what is not, and build the structure and practice of our size needs to perform at its best. WHAT YOU’LL OWN • Operations and systems. Take stock of how the practice runs today, modernize the workflows and SOPs that need updating, and put consistent, well-documented systems in place so the practice runs smoothly every day. • Culture. Set the standard for how the team works and treats one another and our patients, and lead the day-to-day culture toward something stronger and more accountable. • People. Hire, train, and develop the team, and build the management structure a practice of our size needs to keep raising its standards. • Performance. Own the operational metrics that drive a healthy practice: collections, overhead, scheduling efficiency, and KPIs, with clear reporting and clear accountability. COMPENSATION AND OPPORTUNITY • Base salary in the range of $75,000 to $95,000, negotiable - set by your experience and what you have built before • Performance bonus tied to the operational goals you help define • A senior seat with real authority, in a practice positioned to keep growing. As the practice grows, the role and the compensation grow with it. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Direct dental practice leadership and operations experience is required, not preferred. You have run or helped run the operational side of a dental practice or dental group. • A track record of building, modernizing, or running operations, ideally across more than one location or provider • Fluency in systems, KPIs, hiring, and team development, with the ability to bring structure and consistency to an established practice • Comfort owning numbers and being accountable for results • A leader who takes ownership of outcomes, not just a list of tasks, and who can move a team’s culture in a better direction This is a rare opportunity to take the operational reins of a respected, well-established practice and shape how it runs and how it feels for years to come.
