Dental Hygienist Opportunity at a Thriving Practice We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our well-established adult-only dental practice. Our office is not production-driven; instead, we pride ourselves on fostering trusting relationships with our patients and providing exceptional care tailored to their individual needs. With a team of 2 doctors, 3 hygienists, 3 dental assistants, and 2 front desk staff, as well as supportive behind-the-scenes employees, we ensure our practice runs efficiently while prioritizing patient and employee satisfaction. Our online reviews reflect our 5-star commitment to excellence. In this full-time role, you will enjoy a work environment that values both the patient experience and your professional growth. Each hygienist is scheduled for one hour with recare patients and 90 minutes for new patients or scaling and root planing (SRP), allowing ample time for thorough diagnosis, treatment, and meaningful conversations regarding the best options for each patient’s dental health. We provide a comfortable workspace equipped with personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, to ensure your safety and well-being while you provide care. A dedicated lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM helps you recharge during your busy day. We seek candidates who have at least 2 years of experience as a dental hygienist.
