We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who thrives on connection, organization, and helping patients move forward with their dental care. What You’ll Be Responsible For: This is not just a front desk role—this is a patient experience and growth position. You will: Handle new patient calls and convert them into scheduled appointments Manage and optimize the schedule (fill openings, reduce gaps, same-day opportunities) Lead hygiene recall/recare efforts to keep patients coming back consistently Drive reactivation of overdue and unscheduled patients Communicate clearly with patients about treatment, timing, and next steps Create a welcoming, high-energy first impression in person and over the phone Experience 2-3 years of dental experience strongly preferred. This position is NOT entry-level and requires previous experience/dental knowledge.
