Full time (Monday through Wednesday, possible Thursday) Insurance Coordinator
and Front Desk Position

task and manage multiple priorities based on immediate urgency, excellent

for patients as well as their teammates.
This individual will be the first impression of the practice. Primary duties are
based on completing and following through insurance specialist tasks. Secondary
responsibilities include greeting patients at the front desk, confirming
appointments, scheduling patient appointments, entering data into Eaglesoft
Software, collecting payments, checking patients out after services are
completed and general office duties. Three years of experience working in a
dental office as a dental insurance specialist with strong customer service and
phone skills a must.
Chosen candidates will interview with both the Doctor and Office Manager. A
working interview will subsequently follow.

Education requirement: College degree preferred.
Required experience: 3 years
$12 to $20 per hour depending on experience.
