We are looking for a high- level Dental Patient Coordinator who can help create that experience every single day. This is not simply a “front desk” position. We are looking for someone who is warm and welcoming, yet confident and capable. Someone who can help create organization, consistency, professionalism, and ease within a fast-paced practice environment. The ideal candidate is emotionally intelligent, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team culture focused on excellence, communication, and growth. What You’ll Do: ● Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression ● Manage phones, scheduling, and patient communication ● Coordinate appointments and follow-up care ● Check patients in and out efficiently ● Verify and enter insurance information accurately ● Process payments and assist with financial arrangements ● Help maintain smooth systems and daily office flow ● Support both the clinical and administrative team to create an exceptional patient experience ● Help create consistency, organization, and efficiency throughout the patient journey What We’re Looking For: ● Strong communication skills — in person and on the phone ● A hospitality mindset and genuine care for people ● Professional, dependable, and emotionally intelligent ● Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented ● Calm under pressure and able to multitask effectively ● Positive attitude with a strong work ethic ● Someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment ● Dental or healthcare experience is preferred, but not required ● Open Dental experience is a plus, but not required Schedule ● Full-time ● Monday–Thursday ● 35–40 hours per week Compensation & Benefits: ● $18–$30/hour depending on experience ● Paid time off and holiday pay ● Health insurance ● 401(k) with matching ● Continuing education opportunities ● Employee discount ● Opportunities for advancement ● Supportive, team-oriented culture focused on growth and excellence Ready to Apply?
