***Sign-On Bonus***

Full-Time Employees:

• $1,500 sign-on bonus on 1st paycheck
• $2,250 milestone bonus at 1-year anniversary
• $3,000 milestone bonus at 2-year anniversary

Part-Time Employees (min 2 days/week):

• $1,000 sign-on bonus on 1st paycheck
• $1,000 milestone bonus at 1-year anniversary
• $1,500 milestone bonus at 2-year anniversary

Schedule

• Full-time
• 4 days a week
• Occasional Saturdays

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Hygienist experience is required
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures a must
• Experience with Open Dental software is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Radiology certification
