Our friendly, family-owned private dental practice is growing — and we’re looking for not one, but TWO amazing dental assistants to join our team! We’re currently hiring a Lead Dental Assistant and a Chairside Dental Assistant who are ready to help take our patient care and clinical operations to the next level. Lead Dental Assistant If you’re a natural leader with excellent clinical skills, this role is for you. You’ll be supporting the doctor during procedures, mentoring fellow assistants, coordinating the back office, and keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with 3+ years of experience who’s ready to take ownership, lead with confidence, and grow within a supportive, patient-focused environment. Dental Assistant (Chairside) This role is ideal for someone who’s a strong team player with a great attitude and solid clinical knowledge. You’ll work side-by-side with the doctor and the Lead Assistant, provide excellent patient care, prepare treatment rooms, take x-rays, sterilize instruments, and help create an atmosphere that keeps patients coming back.
