We are hiring an Experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing, fun and wonderful orthodontic practice in the Katy/Richmond area. This is a full-time orthodontic assisting position ideal for someone who enjoys chairside assisting, familiar with a variety of orthodontic procedures, patient education, and working in a fast-paced orthodontic environment. Hours are around 36 to 38 and we finish early on Fridays. What You’ll Do: Assist orthodontists chairside during procedures Place, adjust, and remove braces, brackets, and bands (as directed) Take X-rays, scans, impressions, and patient progress photos Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and braces aftercare Maintain accurate patient records in EMR Coordinate with clinical and front office teams; cross-train as needed 2-3 years of experience as an Orthodontic Assistant (preferred) ***Minimum 1 year of orthodontic experience required*** RDA or CDA certification (preferred) Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented mindset Benefits & Perks: Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Company-paid STD/LTD 401(k) with up to 4% company match Regular Bonuses We look forward to hearing from you to join our amazing practice!
