FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR (RDA) – PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY Creative Smiles Pediatric Dentistry | Prosper, TX Full-Time | Monday–Friday | In-Person Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience + growth potential) NOT your typical dental job This role is for a high-energy, reliable, growth-minded RDA who is ready to step into a front office leadership role...not just “help out at the desk.” If you enjoy working with children, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in organization and communication, this may be a strong fit.
