Practice Manager Frontline Source Group is seeking an experienced Practice Manager for a client within the healthcare/dental industry. This role is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operational performance of a high-performing practice. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure an exceptional patient experience, and lead a collaborative, accountable team environment. Practice Manager Role: The Practice Manager will oversee day-to-day operations while partnering closely with leadership to drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Drive execution of the organization’s mission, values, and strategic priorities Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling efficiency, patient flow, and team alignment Track and improve front office KPIs such as collections, cancellations, and payment plan performance Facilitate coordination of care and treatment planning across providers Serve as the main point of contact for resolving patient concerns and internal team matters Work alongside billing and administrative teams to optimize revenue cycle processes Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all regulatory requirements Contribute to financial reviews and identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement Oversee accounts receivable and assist with patient payment follow-up Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and supply expenses to ensure cost control Leadership & Performance Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback Cultivate a team-oriented, positive, and accountable work environment Align staff with organizational objectives and long-term direction Facilitate team meetings and reinforce accountability across functions Encourage engagement through team initiatives and culture-building activities Practice performance and financial outcomes (profitability, efficiency) Patient retention and overall experience Production and revenue growth Staff productivity and labor management Accounts receivable and collections performance Team engagement and overall organizational effectiveness Practice Manager Background Profile: Required Skills & Competencies: Proven leadership and strong communication abilities Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with dental procedures, terminology, and workflows Experience with practice management software and systems Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Prior experience in dental or healthcare practice management required Features and Benefits: Competitive base salary Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity for leadership and career growth Collaborative, team-oriented environment Exposure to a high-performing, growth-focused organization
