No production quotas set by a regional manager you've never met. We're hiring one full-time hygienist to anchor our hygiene department for the long term. What Your Day Looks Like Assisted hygiene model — you work with dedicated assistant support so your time goes to assessment, instrumentation, and patient education, not room turnover or extra duties that take away from clinical care. Appointment times that match the patient — our patient base is largely retirees with real periodontal needs, medical complexity, and an expectation of unhurried, personal care. Appointments are templated accordingly Top-of-the-line equipment and instruments — modern operatories, current technology, and instruments that are maintained and replaced on schedule.
