About the Role

Advanced Dental & Implant Center is hiring an experienced Associate Dentist in Monument, CO, Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with every Friday off. You'll run your own restorative schedule with full clinical autonomy in a modern six-operatory practice with CBCT, digital scanners, strong hygiene flow, and an established base of adult and family patients. There's room to grow here: demand for endo, crown and bridge, dentures, and clear aligners is strong, and if you bring additional advanced procedures, we'll support bringing them in-house. The environment is relaxed and relationship-focused, and for the right dentist, there may be an opportunity to explore future ownership.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and build comprehensive treatment plans with confidence
- Manage a productive restorative schedule, including crown and bridge
- Perform endodontics
- Deliver dentures and clear aligner treatment
- Expand the advanced procedures offered in-house
- Build long-term relationships with adult and family patients
What You'll Bring
Required
- DDS or DMD
- Active Colorado dental license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience practicing comprehensive general dentistry independently
- Strong diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient communication skills
- Interest in long-term growth or future ownership
Preferred
- Endodontic experience
- Additional advanced procedures you'd like to bring to the practice
