What You'll Do
- Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience.
- Answering phones and responding to patient questions, scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Keeping the front office organized and running smoothly. Helping maintain a clean, professional, and inviting office.
- Collecting payments and assisting with billing and insurance-related tasks.
- Communicating with patients by phone, email, and in person.
- Providing excellent customer service from the moment a patient arrives until they leave.
