We are hiring trainees for our Business Manager role in our dental practices and offer: * 40 hours per week, hourly pay, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Up to $20 per hour * Excellent healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision) * Opportunity for career advancement (with a college degree or without) to regional and national management roles Responsibility * Run a $1m+ healthcare business, * For a company that has grown 20% per year for the last 10 years, * In a “non-corporate job” – no micro-management and the autonomy to work in partnership with the doctor and hygienist in your practice, * As the person running “the business side of the dental practice” and helping people get healthy Training * No background in dental needed * Start as a scheduler/insurance coordinator and progress to practice manager role at Day 90 * Learn the job with mentorship from the regional trainer and manager, other local practice managers, distance-learning tools created by our group * Grow into the role without being put on-the-spot immediately so that you (and we) are confident that you’re ready to become the manager * Continue to get detailed, specific-coaching from the regional manager/trainer and peers Compensation * Up to $15 per hour during training period * Up to $20 per hour upon being promoted to manager role (expected by Day 90) Requirements We hire for character and not skills. In other words, it’s what you’re made of not what’s printed on a resume that will make you successful with us. Our top- performers are: * Problem-Solvers – they love challenges without easy solutions * Do-It-Yourselfers – they solve problems by, for example, looking at an Owner’s Manual instead of returning the item and saying that “it’s broken” * Finish-the-Job Types – they are relentless at getting stuff done even when it seems as if there isn’t enough time * Picky-People – they’re extremely conscientious about details – they hate seeing mistakes, especially avoidable ones, and work hard to “get it right” consistently To learn more about Great Expressions Dental Centers, please visit us at https://www.greatexpressions.com/about-us
