Description
Alabama Family Dentistry is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of all their practices currently located in central Alabama. Individual must possess a strong sense of business and have a proven track record of leadership. In this role, the candidate will oversee and reinforce existing systems and further grow supported offices. The Regional Manager will play a significant role in cultivating an environment that provides the highest level of care to our patients. In this role, you’ll use your team-building skills to establish and build relationships with all team members and act as a liaison between them and the owners and doctors. Additionally, this position plays an essential role in communicating with patients. Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited too: Overseeing the operations of 4 offices. Motivate team members, resolve conflicts and make difficult decisions Ability to analyze business metrics and provide recommendations/actions to maintain a profitable business footprint. Monitor the P&L statements for each supported practice and maintain profitability Work with each Office Manager coordinating in-practice visits Conduct monthly manager's meetings Conduct team meetings as necessary Responsible for hiring, training and coaching Office Managers Develop workforce planning, recruiting and retention strategy to maintain optimum performance of each supported practice Provide reports and recommendations, as needed, to management on supported practices REQUIRED Qualifications include: Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of maturity, personal initiative, and sound judgment Outstanding relationship-building, interpersonal and leadership skills Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build a comfortable and approachable relationship with patients Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Experience in dental practice management Experience with practice management software, preferably Dentrix Competitive compensation including BONUS and excellent benefits available which include medical insurance, PTO (vacation pay), Life Insurance, STD, LTD, Holiday Pay and more!
