The floors and walls are wood and the decor is consistent with the period. Children and adults will be fascinated with the replica model train that travels through each room of the practice. While the decorations and atmosphere are 19th century, our equipment and technology is cutting edge. We use high-resolution cameras and digital imaging to ensure that your treatment is picture perfect. Each of our doctors is experts in their respective specialties and Dental Depot takes a team approach to each patient’s care. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are hiring a detail oriented Patient Service Specialist with excellent customer service skills for our growing dental practice. Our family owned and operated practice gives us the ability to provide the best care for our patients and we are looking for someone to join our work family. TYPICAL SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES INCLUDE: Patient Service Associate will be responsible for: Answering the phone, scheduling appointments, checking out patients, and insurance verification. Treatment Plan presentations Manages and prioritizes multiple engagements; Responsible for all aspects of client services; Maintains the store's high quality control standards; Promote products and services online in a professional manner; Work under the supervision of the store management while learning the industry; Understand and adhere to industry regulations and company policies; General office administration and daily upkeep of the store; Maintain a professional and productive work environment; Actively supports and participates in other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Fluent in verbal and written English; Strong articulate professional skills; Well-organized and detail-dental knowledge preferred, and oriented. Face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment; A fondness for consumer electronics and emerging technologies.
