Objective: Lead all non-clinical aspects of the dental practice including operations, marketing outreach, staffing, scheduling, patient care, patient satisfaction, health and safety compliance, oral healthcare education, and overall performance of all non-clinical staff. Team Leadership: Lead the daily huddle at the appointed time, communicate staff assignments and plans, and motivate your team members to WOW patients. Check all items in the Office Readiness Checklist each day before opening, and Sign Off via the Green Light application. Inject positive energy into the office with a can do attitude. Constantly monitor the appointment board and the status of patients to optimize patient flow and maximize patient satisfaction. Implement a Flexible Workforce to respect work/life balance. The staff should consist of full time and part Employees that work in shifts. Patient Outcomes: Ensure that every staff member is doing his or her part in regards to facilitating excellent patient outcomes. Never settle for a suboptimal patient outcome. Patient Experience: Treat every interaction with a Patient as an opportunity to create intimacy. Empower the staff to find new ways to WOW our patients. Doctor Relationships: Form strong relationships with all Doctors, as your duty is to facilitate treatment. Maintain contact with the Doctors during the day to ensure treatments are not interrupted and that they have the resources needed to deliver fantastic patient outcomes. Marketing Outreach: Immerse yourself and office personnel in the surrounding community Work closely with the HQ to coordinate outreach activities, prioritize work items, and incorporate best practices. Engage your Outreach Lead to brainstorm new types of events and approaches. Utilize Outreach to staff peak patient times and deliver exceptional lobby experiences. Facilities Maintenance: Log all issues and work with HQ department to get them resolved. Champion priorities for items that negatively impact patient flow, patient experience, or Office/Brand reputation. Integration with Headquarters: Integrate and align Office functions with respective counterparts at Headquarters (Finance/Accounting, Billing, IT, Credentialing, Procurement, Compliance, Human Resources, Doctor Scheduling, Patient Loyalty, Digital Marketing, etc.). Embrace new standards, policies, technologies, and business process initiatives defined by HQ. Actively work important communication channels so that information flows in real- time.
