We are seeking an experienced, full-time Insurance/Patient Coordinator as an
addition to our growing, multi doctor general dental practice.
We are very excited that our office has grown and will be expanding for the xxxx
year! We will be opening a new location and adding additional energetic, self
•Check-in patients for daily appointments.
•Scheduling and confirming appointments.
•Process billing, post insurance and patient payments.
•Answer telephone calls and return voicemails.
•Utilize quick call list to fill schedule.
•Present treatment plans and help patients understand their insurance benefits.
•Insurance eligibility/ breakdown and input of benefits.
•Manage hygiene recall system.
•Providing support and service to patients to enhance their experience and
•Responding to key performance indicators to ensure practice success.
Minimum Experience and Skills:
•3+ years administrative experience FT in General Dentistry.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications and other office-related
products such as Dentrix and/or Eaglesoft.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make
•Advanced understanding of dental insurance coverage and patient billing.
•Competitive spirit with a strong desire to succeed, exceed goals, and
•Demonstrates the ability to build relationships, both internally and with
•Training in OSHA and HIPAA compliance.
Resume must demonstrate stable employment history.
•Bilingual a Plus.
•Some assisting knowledge a plus.
Applicants must be available: Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, and
Fridays 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
