We are a niche holistic orthodontic practice focused on correction of skeletal discrepancies (e.g. under bites, severe over bites, facial asymmetry, open bites, etc.) and oro-facial pain therapy (e.g. TMJ pain, headaches, earache, etc.) always AVOIDING both jaw surgery and bicuspids extractions. Our goal is to provide a functional occlusion that may work in harmony with other parts of the body to not only improve patient's facial/smile esthetics but also patient's overall health in a family like environment. Whether you are a recent grad or a season orthodontic assistant with 10+ years of experience, once you join our team, you will be challenged to learn (or re- learn) orthodontics from a totally different angle. You will be surprised and humbled by evidencing how people's quality of lives change through functional orthodontic therapy in ways that no other health care providers (physicians and dentists combined) were able to deliver. We are searching for a candidate with positive work ethics, deeply engaged into providing superior patient experience, exceptionally high hand-eye coordination and dexterity, passionate to learn and most importantly committed to helping people from the heart. This position is most suitable for candidates who are looking for a long-term career and avoid switching from jobs to jobs and must be available to work full time between 35-40 hours/week. Normal working schedule is Mon~Fri from 8:30 to 5:30. We take Wednesdays off and open up to 2 Saturdays per month (usually on mornings between 8am to 1pm). Duties include but are not limited to: **Providing excellent customer service ** Orthodontic experience is a plus but we are willing to train ** Excellent communication skills with English proficiency. ** Must be customer service oriented and enjoy working with people. ** Great attitude, positive personality and good work ethic is a must. ** Excellent hand/eye coordination and strong commitment to learning. ** Punctual and reliable ** Stable and looking for a long-term career.
