Dr. Mark Connolly is a wonderful dentist, whose knowledge and clinical skills go above and beyond what is expected of a general dentist. Our office is progressive, professional, and a terrific place to work. We have a commitment to patient excellence as we provide state-of-the-art dentistry and quality treatment in the most comfortable and safe environment. Our office is growing and we are looking for a hygienist to work Monday-Thursday from either 7:30-4:30 or 8:30-5:30 with the choice being yours depending on what works better for your life. Hygiene Appointment Flow Our typical hygiene appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes. The hygienist should be prepared each day for the patients that are on the schedule. Information reviewed ahead of appointment would include: notes, hard tissue charting, dates of the most current radiographs, and proposed treatment. This will allow the flow of the appointment to go smoothly. Our team acts as a team, so we help each other with duties and tasks that are not in our direct job description (including but not limited to scheduling, cleaning, etc). We all understand that to maintain an efficient work flow we all need to work together. Primarily the hygienists are keeping up with maintaining a current Recall Report, however, with the ideal schedule of fully booked hygienists without holes in their schedule, a dental assistant or front desk team member will help contact patients due for recall to keep the recall report current. Position Requirements: Our goal for patient care is not just to meet expectations, but to exceed them! The most important requirement of this position is to genuinely serve our patients on every level. You must be able to positively impact patients, coworkers, and the practice as a whole.
