We're Growing! Marketing Coordinator Wanted! About Us: This is a position within a fast growing orthodontic office. We provide exceptional clinical care and service while offering both proven timeless techniques and up to date modern technology to kids, teenagers and adults. We have a reputation for treating the most complex cases while eagerly and easily welcoming and beautifully finishing straightforward orthodontia with skill and finesse. The Marketing Coordinator works closely alongside the Practice Administrator and Treatment Coordinator and assists in increasing practice profits by ensuring brand recognition and managing the overall operations of social media, event coordination and referral sources. Education: High School degree required and strong related marketing experience preferred. Dental/Orthodontic experience encouraged, but not necessary Work Hours: 8-5 Mon, Tue & Thur , 8-3:30 W, 8-12 F - Some Weekend & Evening Events ( 2-3 hours, 5-6 per year) Requirements: Must be polite, fun to interact with, and not afraid to talk to customers in person or over the phone. Ability to solve problems with customers without losing temper. Willingness to learn our procedures and strategies. Working knowledge of basic office systems is highly desirable. Ability to work with children ranging from Elementary to High School. Basic knowledge of OS X , Google and Apple technologies. Good written and oral communication skills. Eager to meet and exceed sales and customer service expectations. Responsibilities: This position requires full interaction with current and prospective customers. Experience in inside sales is a plus Follow up with potential leads and convert them into new customers and maintain accounts. Drive growth through a strong commitment in customer service. Provide thorough information about curriculum to customers. Maintain updated information of the calendars, events, programs, and records of academic information for all students.. Upload pictures patients, practice and events when necessary to social media platforms. Provide updated reports of converted leads for monthly income, accounts and opportunities. Maintain an updated calendar of activities on a monthly basis. Keep updated records of calls patients, parents, doctors and other related information in our PMS. Provide new initiatives to drive sales and engagement with the community. Attend periodic meetings with members of the team. Provide meaningful feedback about student dynamics while on campus. Solve conflicts that may arise in a professional and courteous way. Negative Nancys or Debbie Downers What You'll Do As the Social Media Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining clearly defined social media strategies for Genecov Orthodontics with the focus on growing our brand equity, recognition, and audience. You Will: Collaborate with the creative team to develop rich digital and social content to engage the brand's target audience across all social media platforms. Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency. Help drive innovation and education on the latest social media developments, including changes, new social platforms, tools, partners, and resources. Act as internal and external expert for all organic and paid social media capabilities across all platforms. Identify and grow relationships with influencers and referral sources Test, measure, and analyze strategies to determine the value of the message in accomplishing goals and increasing/maintaining followers. Develop and monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns as well as analyzing, reviewing, and reporting on the effectiveness of the campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Measure and interpret the success of all social media activities by defining Key Performing Indicators (KPIs), implementing systems to measure success by platform and optimizing campaign/ budgets to maximize ROI.
