ORTHODONTIC RECEPTIONIST / SCHEDULER This administrative position combines the perfect 4 day/week family-friendly work schedule with a rewarding profession! The orthodontic practice of Dr. Dan D. Dunwody is seeking another fun and professional staff member to join our upbeat team. Making the world beautiful one smile at a time, we have an opening in our administrative area for the position of Scheduling Receptionist. We’ll train you on orthodontic terminology and systems that work to perfection with your naturally bright personality and A+ attitude! This full-time position offers a Monday-Thursday work schedule (no weekends, no evenings), holiday pay and vacation benefits. If you have children who will need braces, you’ll LOVE our orthodontic benefits! Please note: Paid medical insurance benefit is not offered at this time. General responsibilities include: Multi-tasking while greeting parents/patients, data entry, answering routine questions about braces, appointments and payments, posting payments, and coordinating a well-scheduled day. Specific Tasks and Qualifications include: Qualified candidates must have outstanding telephone and customer service skills (sincere caring and hospitality are priorities!) and consistently demonstrate accurate detail management within a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Additional priorities we are seeking include: 1. Ability to report by 7:45 am and work until 5:15 pm, Monday - Thursday. 2. Positive outlook and “can do” attitude. 3. Pleasant speaking voice and excellent grammar. 4. Stable work history and excellent references. 5. Excellence in accuracy when managing details. 6. A work history with some product or service sales. 7. A wonderful smile to convey the value of what we do!
