Our busy, family owned, Dental practice is looking for a Full-Time, experienced Practice Manager to lead the team! Candidates must have at least 3 years of strong experience in all aspects of dental front office responsibilities. Your focus is to ensure a superior patient experience at our office and to maintain our reputation as a quality and patient-oriented dental office. From the first moment a patient calls, we strive to be the best. As such, you will lead by example and motivate our team to create excellent “wow” experiences for our patient family. Your responsibilities: •Oversee patient coordinators and schedulers to ensure that we are maintaining the highest levels of care for our patients while meeting production targets and enabling the clinical staff to maintain efficiency and perform quality treatment. •Oversee and perform daily practice tasks including opening the business office, posting of payments, monitoring over-the-counter collections, posting procedures and the correct processing of insurance claims. •Manage accounts receivable, insurance aging, treatment plan follow ups and patient refunds on a weekly and monthly basis and systematize processes for these tasks. •Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality. •Teach your team to understand patient treatment plans to ensure the proper completion and scheduling of treatment as well as follow up care. You will solidify the systems in place to present patients with financial options to help them find a comfortable way to facilitate their treatment. This includes insurance coordination and helping patients maximize their insurance benefits as needed. •You will be accountable for monthly performance reports to be reviewed at staff meetings as well as the documentation and improvement of systems within the office. •Make a positive impression on patients from their initial phone contact and guide them towards optimum dental health by making sure that their experiences with us are consistently excellent.
