Our busy, family owned, Dental practice is looking for a Full-Time, experienced
Practice Manager to lead the team! Candidates must have at least 3 years of
strong experience in all aspects of dental front office responsibilities.
Experience with Eaglesoft, coding, insurance and billing systems are required.

Your focus is to ensure a superior patient experience at our office and to
maintain our reputation as a quality and patient-oriented dental office. From

•Oversee patient coordinators and schedulers to ensure that we are maintaining
the highest levels of care for our patients while meeting production targets and
enabling the clinical staff to maintain efficiency and perform quality
•Oversee and perform daily practice tasks including opening the business office,
posting of payments, monitoring over-the-counter collections, posting procedures
and the correct processing of insurance claims.
•Manage accounts receivable, insurance aging, treatment plan follow ups and
patient refunds on a weekly and monthly basis and systematize processes for

•Teach your team to understand patient treatment plans to ensure the proper
