Office Manager/Practice Administrator Salary: commensurate with background experience. Hourly bonus structure with multiple opportunities to earn based on monthly goals that are met, as well as advancement opportunity. Fast growing, upbeat private practice in Marietta in need of a go-getter who has strong multi-tasking skills and strong communication skills with sales ability. Minimum of 5 years of front office experience, or strong treatment coordinator background with corporate practices. The right candidate will have experience in working towards meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly production goals. Responsibilities include: Treatment Coordinator- Doctor and hygiene: -Responsible for proactively calling past patients, new patients from marketing campaigns, and exiting patients to schedule recalls and doctor exams -Must be willing to spend a lot of time scheduling and have strong phone skills and sales experience -Responsible for keeping doctor and hygiene schedules full -Presenting treatment to patients in office; responsible for "selling" treatment prescribed by doctors Front office administration: -Paperless office: must be comfortable and quick using multiple software systems like Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Lighthouse, Enlive and others -Collections at 98-xxx% -Filing claims with insurance companies -Posting payments -Staying organized -Upkeep of the office The right candidate will: -Have a strong work ethic-PROACTIVE not reactive -Be able to multi-task and stay busy -"Sales" ability--willing and eager to stay on the phone calling past patients, new patients, and current patients to keep the schedule full -Background in meeting and exceeding daily and monthly quotas -Be trustworthy and honest -Have strong analytical abilities - will not need to be told step by step how to complete tasks.
