The doctors are seeking another talented Human Resource and Business Manager to lead their growing and prosperous practice. Patrick Family Dental Care is a 12-member team and expansion is in the works! Our mission is to offer a wide scope of services including cosmetic dentistry, a broad range of restorative and dental implant services, and children’s dentistry. Our reputation is built by providing personalized, high-quality treatment delivered with optimal hospitality and customer service. This multi-faceted role includes a variety of tasks ranging from business development, social media management and team building/leading. The Manager is the “person on point” in the office to oversee staff performance, newer staff development, organize team meetings, assure policy compliance and personnel record maintenance, establish and support business initiatives and processes related to change management, streamline efficiencies, implement marketing and growth strategies, oversee patient billing/accounts and, generally, support each day to be upbeat, patient-focused, and productive. Additionally, you will be cross-trained in basic dental administrative functions to “pinch hit” during times of staff absence. A qualified candidate must have excellent communication skills, diplomatic in leadership, diligent with tasks, and have several years of proven personnel management, team building and strategic problem-solving experience. Do you need prior dental experience? Absolutely not. If you understand general business principles, have a passion for the devil in the details and team building, you’ll catch onto our software, processes, terminology and understanding of procedures so fast… it’ll make you smile. Of course, candidates with prior dental experience are certainly welcomed to apply. Qualifications to apply for this position: 1. Minimum 3 years of business experience including personnel management. 2. BS or BA from an accredited University in Communications, Healthcare Administration, Organization Management, Business, Marketing, Public Relations, other related field, or equivalent skills gained through work experience. 3. Excellent verifiable references and stable work history. 4. Experience in business promotion and eager to manage social media venues. 5. Leadership skills and a passion for business growth. 6.
