We are looking for a Dental Assistant with at least 3 years of experience in the Dental field. Pay is based on personality and leadership. Roles and responsibilities • Welcome and seat patient cheerfully • Assist dentist(s) chair side during any clinical procedure • Prepare operatory properly prior to patient seat and doctor arrival • Take appropriate x-rays prior to doctor arrival and possible treatment start • Record and document any necessary notes needed regarding each treatment or patient interaction • Have all instruments and equipment sterilized and returned to their proper location in a timely manner • Have each procedural kit equally set up with the same instruments in their proper cassettes • Once instruments have been sterilized properly, return instruments back in their designated locations and restock rooms as needed • Provide patient care regarding pre and post op instructions • Ability to calm and reassure patients facing uncomfortable or painful procedures • Schedule and confirm appropriate re-care appointments • Participate in marketing efforts and patient contact • Participate in morning meeting and provide information regarding patients for the day • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to assigned work schedule and office policies • Performs light housekeeping around office • Fulfill all doctor’s expectations and needs during patient care, treatment and all other aspects of the clinical office
