We are looking for a patient coordinator for a growing dental practice in Dental Practice. • Innate ability to lead • Team player with a positive attitude • Morale booster • Assertive • Organized • Dependable • Patient • Good under pressure • Problem solver Duties • Checking in and checking out patients • Reviewing treatment plans with patients • Scheduling appts • Call patients past due for visits • Marketing internally and externally • Present and create treatment plans/Understand Insurances (required) • Extremely familiar with digital practice software (Open Dental preferred) • Flexibility to work some Saturdays (8:00-2:00pm) Also must travel to in and out of state for conferences.
