Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced dentist to become the Lead Dentist in our Midtown (or Forest Park) location. MouthPeace Dental is growing rapidly and we are looking for someone to help us serve more patients by performing general dentistry at our Midtown location. You could be the missing piece of our team! Our vision at MouthPeace Dental is to make a positive impact on the city of Atlanta, and the world. We believe we can make a difference in people’s lives by providing patients with exceptional care and educating them on the connection of their oral health to their overall health. We want to create an organization that employees and patients are proud of; a place with a reputation of quality care, health, education, and giving back. Are you looking for an opportunity to really make a difference? Are you committed to provide exceptional patient care and service? Are you passionate about helping patients improve their health? If so, let’s talk. The Lead Dentist of Forest Park would be the sole provider most days at this location, so you should be comfortable with autonomy. We are looking for someone to work 3 days per week, 8-5 pm, with the opportunity to work an additional day at another one of our locations if desired. We are flexible on which days of the week you prefer in order to provide you with the best work-life balance possible. This is a valuable role in our office and essential to our practice growth. As the Lead Dentist at this location, you are expected to provide as many services to our patients as possible. You will oversee recare, perform periodic and comprehensive exams, diagnose and present comprehensive treatment, and perform all general dental treatments. Your goal every day is to provide exceptional patient service and care. Our team works together to reach practice goals and we frequently hold training programs to help our staff create the best patient experience possible. During the onboarding period, you will receive $600 per day and then have the potential to increase your income by earning a generous percentage of your production each day! This opportunity will allow an ambitious and efficient dentist to achieve their financial goals and exceed standard day rates. In a Nutshell, here are your Top Priorities: • Perform General Dentistry: Comfortable performing general dentistry with autonomy. • Treatment Planning: Diagnosis and treatment plan. • Patient Education: Educate patients on good oral health habits, preventative dental care, and explain the connection to overall systemic health. • Create an Exceptional Patient Experience: Do everything you can to make the patient comfortable throughout their visit. Our Core Values: 1. Team Player 2. Health-Focused 3. Courteousand Respectful 4. Trustworthy and Loyal 5. Hardworking 6. Problem-Solver 7. Creative Necessary Skills and Experience: • DDS or DMD from a CODA and/or ADA accredited school • Licensed to practice in state • 2-3 years experience desired • Efficient at performing various dental procedures • Understanding of, and complies with, local, state, and ADA regulations, protocols, and procedures
