Our privately owned dental practice, Strongsville Smile Keepers, has an immediate opening for an office manager. Our current office manager will be stepping down to accommodate her growing family. Our ideal candidate will be a dynamic, efficient, detail-oriented superstar who possesses not only outstanding communication and organizational skills but will be able to lead in a confident, professional manner. The ability to oversee and perform our daily operations, staffing and finances of our practice is essential. We are a systems-based practice and strive to keep things running smoothly. This individual should possess the ability to create systems and order and break down large goals into achievable tasks. Our office manager will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the vision and systems set in place and assuring the overall patient satisfaction and good will of our practice. We expect exceptional commitment to being a part of our dedicated team and the ability to lead our team to achieve our goals. There will be ample time for training during this transition period. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience in a dental office setting Preferred 3-5 years of managerial experience in a dental office setting. Knowledge of billing codes and understanding of insurance plans is preferred.
