Growing dental office based in Houston, Texas seeks motivated, well spoken, and organized Dental Receptionists with experience in insurance and patient check-in and check-out procedures. Tasks Include - Attending phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurances, checking-in patients, scanning documents in the patients’ files, and communicating with our team members and patients * Job Type: Full-time * * Schedule: Be able to work 8 am to 8 pm during weekdays Alternate Saturdays and Sundays every month from 8 am to 5 pm. For the weekend they work - any 2 weekdays will be off (not fixed) The applicant will be working 4-5 days a week, yet full-time. * * Benefits: Employee Dental Benefits Great team to work with. Patient check-out and schedule the next appointment. Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments. Scanning patient information into the patient management software. Maintain and update reports. Make outbound calls for hygiene and appointment confirmations. * * Competency Required (Must Have) We are seeking highly flexible applicants who can accommodate our volatile schedule of the week/weekends Prior experience as Dental Receptionist with great attention to detail Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must for this position. Experience of how insurance verification works. Basic computer skills to be able to learn and operate patient management software. Dentrix knowledge and prior experience - this is a plus. We are willing to train the software if you have used any other software. For a full-time position, applicants must be willing to work from 8: am - 8 pm during weekdays and alternate Saturdays and Sundays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
