Looking for an exceptional FULL-TIME Front Desk. Prefer Bilingual but not a must. Willing to train. -Front Desk Responsibilities are but not limited to -Personally greeting patients (treating them like family) -Answering telephones -Scheduling Patient Appointments -Confirming Appointments -Presenting Patient Financials/Treatment Plans -Maintain a full schedule of patients daily -Check and respond to voicemails and emails left for the office -Assist with other office duties as requested or needed Front Desk Qualifications -Excellent communication skills -Self-motivated and goal oriented -Excellent phone skills-2+ years -Eaglesoft Preferred -Efficient, flexible and reliable -Must not be afraid to collect money and have systems to fill the schedule -Team player -Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment -Excellent customer service skills -Minimum high school diploma or equivalent - Positive Attitude -Willingness to jump in and get the job done - A Professional and Friendly Demeanor - Ability to work with all ages -Dynamic personality -People person -Go getter
