Complete Dental Arts is seeking an enthusiastic and warm Patient Experience Coordinator who is a self-starter, systematic, well organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has outstanding customer service levels to join our team. This position requires excellent communication skills, quick learner, attention to details, team player and computer savvy. Prior management, customer service, knowledge in bookkeeping or accounting experience is a plus. This position supports practice operations in Newnan and Fayetteville. ***NO PHONE CALLS/EMAILS PLEASE*** Responsibilities include but is not limited to: Coordinating patient check in/checkout Scheduling Appointments Verifying Insurance coverage Presentation of treatment plans and collecting copayments Claim and pre-authorizations submission Providing any additional assistance or support to the practice operations Required Skills/Knowledge: Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Social Media Accounting/bookkeeping is a plus Bi Lingual a plus Education: High school or equivalent
