We are seeking a front desk team member with at least 2 years dental experience, a quick learner, someone with great communication skills, organized, takes tasks to completion, and is dependable. Job requirements include but are not limited to: Receiving payment from treated patients. Processing credit card payments. Maintaining a busy schedule. Calling patients to coordinate appointments and review treatment. Reviewing hygiene recall lists and outstanding unscheduled treatment. Communicating with other doctor offices to help facilitate patient referrals and exchange of patient information. Some treatment plan presentation. Working with insurance coordinator to verify insurance benefits prior to treatment. Calling to remind patients of appointments. Qualified application must have open availability during the weekdays, and be committed to professionalism and maintain high standards of patient care. Support of the team is also essential.
