The Customer Service Specialist supports DECA Dental Group’s Call Center Department by speaking with guests, auditing office phone calls, and effectively and efficiently communicating with team members to align with the mission, vision, and values of the organization.This position will be reporting directly to the Executive Analyst and will play an instrumental role in the guest experience for DECA Dental. Job Duties and Requirements: · Answering calls from guests to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues · Research, locate, and provide information as needed by the guest · Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that guests feel supported and valued · Escalate unresolved calls to management · Utilizes software, database, and tools appropriately · Monitors call tracking lines during downtime to provide feedback to the team · Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets while providing excellent customer service · Excel projects as needed · All other duties as assigned to support the department Education and Background Requirements: · Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required · Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required · Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice · Understanding of company products, services, and policies · Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types · Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively · Ability to work in a team environment · Excel experience a plus Compensation will commensurate with experience.
