This frees up significant time for the front office to focus completely on delivering outstanding care to our Patients. The Key Responsibilities of a Smilepoint Office Manager are: Sales - Present Treatment Plans, discuss Insurances and finances, and close the cases effectively ensuring high case acceptance. Schedule - Build productive Patient Schedule for Providers by making at least 20 daily outbound calls to patients. Patient Experience - Provide a welcoming, interactive, and an outstanding patient experience, in person and over the phone. Team - Lead team members by example ensuring that they are trained, motivated and are operating at 100% efficiency. Targets - Achieve Production Targets by effectively managing Patient Schedules and maximizing team productivity.
