Job Description We are currently looking for a qualified Front Desk to join our team. You must have experience working in a professional environment, communicating with clients or patients. This position provides oversight and leadership for retaining and scheduling new patients, leading our social media presence, and is otherwise a focal point of patient communication and scheduling, while working in tandem with the billing/treatment coordinator. The right candidate must have the following attributes: An excellent and confident communicator, and genuine people-person Attention to detail Great team player Proactive and self-motivated Resilience and persistence Knowledge of dentistry, knowing how to handle a treatment plan and scheduling patients for future treatment. RESPONSIBILITIES Greet all patients and visitors in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner and always with a smile! Manage inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordingly Schedule and confirm patient appointments Assist with and advise on marketing for the office Assist in facilitating and leading a strong social media presence for the office Maintain a neat, clean office and reception area Provide administrative assistance as needed Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS College degree preferred; minimum of high school diploma with some post high school education or training Two years of relevant experience preferred Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor Highly professional and dependable Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent telephone skills Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Experience with dental practice management software a plus Job Type: Full-time
