OUR CORE VALUES: Growth-Minded Perseverance Team Player Positive Energy Takes Responsibility Desired Characteristics: · Friendly, fun and outgoing personality · Detail-oriented · Positive mentally (even in tough or stressful situations) · Creative-Thinking · Problem-Solving Brief Job Description: · Create rapport with all new patients and guide them through the orthodontic treatment process with materials used at PandP Orthodontics. · Assist the Orthodontist during exams documenting all dental concerns and findings for diagnosis. · Must understand dental insurance and how that is incorporated within the ortho world of fees to properly quote. Must be good with numbers. · Individual must understand the importance of learning all the treatment methods of the Orthodontist and knowing how to execute to set the team and patient up for success. · Must exhibit emotional intelligence when interacting with patient/parent/team/management. · Create and send general dentistry letters and/or referrals as needed for patient care. · Individual must be driven to meet the production needs of the Practices. · Must exhibit outstanding customer service skills. · Must communicate effectively and professionally with patients, co-workers, management, etc. · Individual must be HIGHLY motivated, self-driven and reliable to work independently. · Must be proficient in the office 365 platform and/or certain apps within the platform. · Requires professional and friendly phone etiquette. · Must possess high moral and ethical standards. · This is a very high intensity; highly paced role and this individual must exhibit amazing time management skills to perform as expected. · Individual must be motivated to learn and growth as the Practices grow. Qualifications: · Preferred at least 1 year experience in similar role in the dental field. · Previous ortho experience required, recommend a minimum of 2 years of ortho experience.
