Position Summary Seeking an experienced dental Office Manager that is an energetic professional who doesnt mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in working with people, handling a wide range of administrative tasks and able to work independently and also lead and motivate a team towards daily/weekly/monthly goals. Well organized, flexible, has a growth mindset both for themselves and for the office. Dental office experience as well as experience working with Dentrix is required. Bilingual speaking ability is a plus. Responsibilities: Build a daily schedule that meets production goals, work with management team towards optimizing schedules, and lead efforts to rebuild schedule when it falls apart. Communicate effectively with patients and staff on all schedule concerns. Present simple and complex treatment plans, discuss financing options, and follow up until a decision is made. Collect payment from patients at the time of treatment acceptance. Resolve patient concerns in a professional manner that represents the company well. Communicate with patients, staff, and partner offices to achieve optimal outcomes in all aspects of daily operations. Assist with all aspects of Accounts Receivable - billing, insurance follow-up, etc. Maintain records and ensure security and confidentiality of patient information Learn and adhere to all Smile Loft Dental systems and protocols. Requirements: • Minimum 3 year experience in a dental office. • Full time applicants only. • Strong customer engagement skills with ability to multi-task. • Ability to complete documentation promptly and accurately. • Ability to be a team player and lend a hand where needed. • Dentrix experience preferred • Dental Assisting experience a plus, but not required.
